Charleston Apartments

The final report includes a detail analysis of the existing structural system of Charleston Apartments which is two-way post tension system. The report also proposed a redesigned structural system of two-way flat plate system with detailed design. The redesigned system will compare to the existing system with aspects of structural system, construction cost and schedule and acoustics.
